- It's software, not advice. No buy/sell recommendations, no registered investment advisor relationship, no guarantees about outcomes.
- One licence, one active device. Move it between your own machines as often as you like — just free the seat first.
- Cancel anytime. Your licence stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are real. 30 days on Lifetime, 14 days on desktop subscriptions, Apple's policy on iOS.
- Don't resell the data. Personal use only — no scraping, redistribution or licence sharing.
01 Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SteelCo Ventures ("we", "us", "our") covering the Stock View application on iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows, and the website at stockviews.online (together, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, purchasing or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
02 What the Service is
Stock View is market data visualisation and statistical analytics software for US equities. It provides three read-only analytical panels — Rewind pattern analogs, a walk-forward volatility regime forecast, and cross-sectional relative ranking — along with screeners, technical indicators and market data displays.
The Service never connects to a brokerage account, never places trades, and never holds funds. It fetches public market data and runs computations locally on your device.
03 Not investment advice
This section is the most important one in this document, so it is stated plainly:
- Stock View is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is decision-support software, not financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice.
- We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer or financial planner in any jurisdiction, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service.
- Nothing in the app constitutes a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Outputs are statistical descriptions of historical data, not predictions and not instructions.
- Past performance never guarantees future results. Historical analogs, accuracy figures and baselines describe what has already happened; they do not commit to what will happen.
- Trading securities involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for every investment decision you make and for any resulting profit or loss.
Your responsibilityConsult a qualified financial advisor licensed in your jurisdiction before making any investment decision. Do not treat any number shown in Stock View as a signal to act.
04 Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws of your country and state of residence.
Desktop use does not require an account. Where the mobile apps offer sign-in, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any verification codes confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at support@stockviews.online if you suspect unauthorised use.
05 Licence grant and device activation
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not buy the software; you licence it.
Every desktop plan — Monthly, Annual and Lifetime — activates on one computer at a time. If you replace or move machines, free the seat first from inside the app via License → "Deactivate this device", then activate on the new one. There is no limit on how many times you may move the same licence between your own computers, only on how many are active at once.
Licence keys are issued to you alone. Sharing, publishing, reselling or sublicensing a key, or circumventing activation limits, terminates the licence immediately and without refund.
06 Plans, pricing and billing
The same product ships on every platform. Billing differs because Apple's and Google's in-app purchase systems and our desktop licensing work differently.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where required. Launch pricing is promotional and may change for new purchases at any time; a change never affects a Lifetime licence you have already bought.
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Stock View product, including all future updates to it while we continue to offer it. It does not oblige us to operate the Service in perpetuity, and it does not cover a separate, differently-branded product should we release one.
Store purchasesSubscriptions bought on iPhone or Android are contracts between you and Apple or Google under their terms. We cannot alter, refund or cancel them on your behalf.
07 Free trial
Mobile Pro includes a 5-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription charged to your store account at the price shown when you signed up. Trials are limited to one per user, and we may withdraw or modify trial offers at any time.
08 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time.
- iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Desktop: through the link in your purchase receipt, or by emailing support@stockviews.online.
In every case your licence remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; it is not itself a refund request.
09 Refunds
- Lifetime licence: within 30 days of purchase, email support@stockviews.online and we will refund you and revoke the licence.
- Desktop subscription: within 14 days of the charge, on the same terms.
- iPhone and Android: refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own store policies. We cannot issue them.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We may decline a refund where a licence shows evidence of sharing, key circulation or other abuse.
10 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code, models or methodology of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense or create derivative works from the Service or any part of it.
- Scrape, harvest, bulk-export or systematically extract market data, rankings or model outputs from the Service, or redistribute them to third parties or as part of another product.
- Use the Service to provide investment advice, signals, newsletters or managed accounts to others, or for any commercial redistribution, without our prior written agreement.
- Circumvent licence activation, rate limits, authentication or any technical protection measure.
- Interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or the networks and servers it depends on, including through automated querying or denial-of-service activity.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable securities, market-conduct, sanctions or export control law.
11 Market data and third-party sources
Market data, fundamentals, corporate actions and news displayed in the Service are obtained from third-party vendors. We rely on these sources to enhance the information provided in our app and website, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or continued availability of that data.
Data may be delayed, incomplete, revised or incorrect. Coverage focuses on US large-cap equities (S&P 500) and may change. Vendors may alter or withdraw their feeds, which may require us to modify or remove features. You are encouraged to exercise your own discretion and conduct independent research, understanding that we assume no responsibility for the accuracy of third-party data integrated into our platform.
12 Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, methodology, interface design, text, graphics, logos and the Stock View name, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a licence to use the Service, and transfer no ownership of any kind.
Feedback you send us about the Service may be used freely and without obligation or compensation to you. Third-party trademarks — including Apple, App Store, Google Play, Mac and Windows — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
13 Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, add or discontinue features, coverage, models or platforms, and we may change these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
If we discontinue a paid tier entirely, we will provide a pro-rata refund of any unused prepaid period.
14 Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that any forecast, analog, accuracy figure or ranking will prove correct or profitable, or that the data underlying them is accurate or complete. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SteelCo Ventures and its directors, employees and agents from any claim, liability, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any investment decision you make.
17 Termination
You may stop using the Service and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your licence immediately if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect licence abuse or fraud, or if required by law.
On termination your right to use the Service ends and you must uninstall it. Sections that by their nature should survive — including sections 03, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 19 — survive termination.
18 Additional app store terms
These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or its content, and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Any claim that the Service fails to conform to a warranty may be directed to Apple for a refund of the purchase price, to the extent Apple's terms provide; beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
19 Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the application or website, including issues concerning privacy or the interpretation of these Terms, will be exclusively resolved through arbitration under the laws of India. The arbitration proceedings will take place in Lucknow, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be binding and final. You agree that the courts located in Lucknow shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings, and consent to the venue and jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
